Return and Exchange policies for Felicitas Gifts LLC

Returns:

We gladly accept returns and offer FREE RETURNS, but they must be authoritative.

To get an authorization number you must email request to returns@felicitasgifts.com. Include order number and product # you are returning

All returns must be requested within 20 days of receiving the merchandise.

Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email with label attached.

You then can print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.

Customer will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once they receive the free return label from us.

The package will be returned directly to our warehouse.

Once we receive the items back, we will process the return and refund. The refund will be credited back the same way you purchased products.

Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.

Please note that we can only authorize returns once per order.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations

Damaged Items:

If any item is damaged to place a claim you must email us within 5 days of delivery. You must include a picture of the damaged product along with your order number. Email us at info@felicitasgifts.com

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, we cannot accept returns for:

Due to hygienic reasons Lingerie, and undergarments, and open masks cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions of return

Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. The product must be returned in its original condition for a refund to be given.
