We gladly accept returns
Contact us within 10 days of delivery at email@example.com and request return request approval number. Include in the email a copy of your purchase order or receipt
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the status (approval or rejection) of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary. You will be notified via email of the expected timeframe.
Please note that we can only authorize returns once per order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, we cannot accept returns for:
Items marked sale on the website at time of purchase, Special order etc. (Personalized Items) or closeout (Clearance) items are not returnable.
We do not accept exchanges except to replace items if they are defective or damaged, to place a claim you must email us within 5 days of delivery. You will be required to return the item to us. Address will be provided via email, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that all items are handmade, so slight differences are to be expected in any item that is remade. contact us if you have any problems with your order at email@example.com.
Conditions of return
Original shipping costs are nonrefundable, and Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended that the buyer ship the return with insurance in case product is damaged in shipping. The product must be returned in its original condition for a refund to be given.
